The Account Executive (AE) Recruiting is responsible for increasing divisional growth by assisting the business development team by lead generation.
This includes contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clinicians, using a screening process to determine their ability to work with the company.
- Generate recruiting leads by contacting clinicians via phone calls, e-mails, text messages, and third-party messaging sites.
- Update clinician profiles, preferences, licensure, and certifications in the company database.
- Qualify and match clinicians to current open orders.
- Conduct phone interviews to qualify clinicians.
- Present clinicians as candidates to clients.
- Post open positions on job boards.
- Work with business development managers to maximize opportunities and generate activity with our clients.
- Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups.
- Achieve / exceed daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinicians to ensure their satisfaction before, during and after assignments.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous corporate experience preferred but not required.
- Clinician recruiting experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Detail oriented
- Customer service mindset
- Working knowledge of Bullhorn or similar CRM systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Adobe, Word
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and develop strong working relationships
- Critical thinking and reasoning skills

This role can sit onsite in Dunwoody, GA / Boca Raton, FL / Dallas, TX / Florham Park, NJ Monday-Friday. There is potential to earn up to 2 remote days per week based on individual gross profit.
