Requirements :
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Fluent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Schedule : 3 Day Assignment, Monday-Wednesday, 8 am-5 pm
Pay : $17.50 per hour
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, data entry, ordering supplies, distributing mail, handling correspondence and travel arrangements, maintaining confidentiality, and other special projects as assigned.
