Marketing Communications Specialist (36135)
The Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for content development for marketing campaigns and activities designed to attract and retain members.
This includes media and advertising, marketing materials for distributions and mailings, the Neighborhood website and social media outlets, and coordination of translation strategy for member and potential member materials.
This position serves as the Marketing lead for the Marketing, Sales and Outreach teams, supporting their efforts to attract and retain members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
Oversight and development of sales and marketing outreach campaigns and activities to attract and retain members for Marketing teams and internal departments.
This includes : Providing support for the production of marketing and communications materials from beginning to end, overseeing the process and ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
Writing, reviewing and editing member materials in preparation for timely submission to State and Federal agencies for approval, regularly reporting out on status and seeking business owner and team member input.
Manages and prioritizes projects to be printed and / or mailed; oversee, monitor and ensure timely completion of jobs outsourced to external vendors.
- Tracks production of marketing campaigns, sharing regular production updates with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders ensuring deadlines are met.
- Drafts and publishes content for social media, website and other member communications, such as the member newsletter, seeking and ensuring approval from team members and external regulators when required.
- Develop and implement translation strategy for Neighborhood member materials, including coordination of vendor services, contract and budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
