Job Description

This position will be onsite and can be located in Raleigh, NC, or Sunnyvale, CA .

We are a small group looking for proven drivers who want an opportunity to move fast and help build our Aperture platform to enable Field Service Engineers to service our systems more efficiently.

Aperture allows field engineers to efficiently perform and document field actions such as error research, part replacement, calibration, and preventive maintenance.

Our team has frequent opportunities to work directly with end users, see how it impacts their daily lives, and have the flexibility to drive novel improvements.

Responsibilities :

  • Interface directly with stakeholders to ensure we are developing effective software.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of effective requirements and efficient test strategies for the service software.
  • Work in both a collective multidisciplinary setting to drive high level changes and solve deep technical issues autonomously.
  • Write software that interacts directly with our robots and improves the traceability and efficiency of field service procedures.

Qualifications

Skill / Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum B.S. in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Professional-level knowledge of Python
  • Experience with Qt
  • Experience developing software for Windows
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Nice to have :
  • Experience building service tools
  • Experience with Linux
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with QML
  • Experience with C++
  • Experience with MATLAB

Base Salary Range Region 2 : $149,900 - $215,700
