Director, Global Tax Accounting - Northeast Houston
- Manage US GAAP and IFRS global income tax provision and financial reporting process
- Lead Effective Tax Rate forecasting, and manage quarterly and annual close processes
- Focus on continuous process improvement for tax accounting, including enhancements to tax provision processes and the supporting systems to drive simplification and standardization of processes
- Lead SOX 404 assessment and documentation efforts from a tax standpoint
- Prepare and review tax footnotes, and all other tax related disclosures for SEC and IFRS filings
- Hybrid schedule with 1-2 days per week in the office
