Job Summary : We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
