Job Description
- Supports a variety of calling and recruiting campaigns as well as administrative tasks necessary to fulfill research survey obligations;
- recruits members for the American Population Panel and administers phone surveys with panel members that requested survey participation by phone;
supports new research surveys and previous surveys returning with new requirements (i.e. Ohio Study).
Required Qualifications :
A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience and / or special training in interviewing techniques is required.
Desired Qualifications :
Considerable experience recruiting potential survey respondents via telephone cold calls.
