Blackstone Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ASP Logistics Coordinator for their Healthcare Security Client in California.
JOB SUMMARY :
The ASP Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for equipment, system management, event coordination, document creation, and overall support of BCI’s ASP portfolio.
Must be based in Southern California with the ability to travel to sites and event spaces as needed within the region.
Equipment & Systems Management
- Maintain inventory of program equipment, tools, and resources required for program operations.
- Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and disposal of systems as needed.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
- Liaison with vendors and finance to ensure cost efficiencies are leveraged at scale.
Event Management
- Manage the planning and coordinating of events including in person interviews, client events, program graduations, and off-site team retreats.
- Coordinate setup, breakdown, and run of show to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as point of contact for event-related inquiries and issues.
- Create materials, manuals, and presentations as needed.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to determine areas requiring improvement.
Communications Support
- Create and maintain documents, including program schedules, guidelines, and procedural manuals.
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and other documents as required by program stakeholders.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant parties.
- Manage the ASP SharePoint site to ensure the latest program information is readily available to field operations and management.

Minimum Experience :
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or proven experience (3+) as a project coordinator or similar role.
Minimum Qualifications at Entry :
- Be 18 years of age and possess an Associate's Degree
- Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
- The legal right to work in the United States
- Possess a valid government-issued driver’s license or state-issued I.D.
- An active state-issued guard card preferred
- Successfully pass the client’s pre-employment screening process (Drug Test, Health Screen, Criminal
- Background Check)
- Ability to properly wear an N95 mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines while onsite
- Complete healthcare competency assessment and training on defusing assaultive behaviors
