Position Overview :

A Customer Service Agent : Import / Export is responsible for managing the administrative tasks involved in the international shipment of goods, including preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with customs authorities, tracking cargo movement, and ensuring compliance with import / export regulations, to facilitate the smooth flow of goods across borders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :

origin to destination using shipping line and customs systems;

arrangements with carriers, and managing inland freight;

requirements, and customs clearance procedures;

standards;

and packing items to ship to arranging shipping routes, invoicing, and monitoring order status;

on shipments;
