Our client is a leading manufacturer of RF Phased Array and Radar Systems for Defense and Aerospace. They are currently seeking a Business Development Director primarily responsible for Business Capture and Proposals for Radar Products.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and / or Business with 10+ years of Business Development Management experience. The candidate should be capable of expanding current business and creating new opportunities for Radars within EW, MILCOM, and SATCOM markets. Excellent customer relationship management skills and understanding of the company’s relationship with the DOD are essential. Knowledge of DOD acquisition processes, including FAR / DFAR contracts, is a significant plus. The role requires 30-50% travel.
