Position Summary :

The Program Manager, Strategic Transactions & Partnerships supports both NeoGenomics' mergers and acquisitions activities and its strategic external collaborations. This role splits time between executing M&A transactions (diligence, integration planning, post-close delivery) and managing partnership collaborations with external organizations. The position requires strong project management, analytical, and relationship-building skills to ensure both transactions and collaborations are executed successfully and aligned with corporate goals.

Core Responsibilities :

• Coordinate internal and external diligence workstreams for M&A transactions across business, legal, financial, and operational areas
• Support integration planning and delivery following deal close, including short- and long-term execution tracking
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align on transaction and partnership goals
• Manage partnership project delivery by ensuring alignment, tracking deliverables, and maintaining communication with external partners
• Prepare financial analyses, status reports, and presentations for leadership on both M&A and collaborations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners, advisors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with drafting and review of transaction documents, board materials, and collaboration agreements as needed

Experience, Education and Qualifications :

Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%)
