Compensation Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our compensation team within a dynamic, U.S.-based manufacturing organization. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across a diverse workforce, including hourly and salaried employees. Own and manage compensation survey submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Conduct and participate in compensation and salary planning surveys and benchmark studies to assess market competitiveness, particularly for manufacturing roles
Perform ad-hoc benchmarking and internal equity analyses; provide recommendations to address areas of concern or risk
Support the administration of Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs, including data validation and reporting
Assist with quarterly updates for compensation accruals in collaboration with Finance and HR teams
Support the annual compensation review process, including geographical differential analyses, salary grade / band adjustments, and market studies
Provide guidance and consultation to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and management regarding compensation decisions, hiring ranges, and internal movement
Serve as the primary compensation contact and SME for a designated line of business, offering strategic support and insights
Monitor compensation-related materials and tools to ensure resources are current and aligned with policy
Contribute to compensation projects including analysis, design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs
Maintain knowledge of relevant U.S. labor laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEO, Wage and Hour, FMLA) and ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and government regulations
Assist with global compliance as needed, ensuring adherence to local statutory requirements related to employee compensation
Monitor trends, best practices, and legislative developments in compensation, including pay equity and transparency
Conduct audits and generate reports to ensure compensation practices are compliant and equitable
Create efficiencies in routine and cyclical processes to improve productivity and output quality
Contribute to the communication and education of employees regarding compensation programs and policies
Support special projects and assignments as needed
23 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with compensation tools a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
