As our Paralegal in our Complex LitigationDepartment you will have the opportunity to manage stateand federal court filings docket calendar handle discovery andcoordinate depositions for consumer class action and complexlitigationcases.
DailyTasks :
- Propoundand respond todiscovery.
- Managingthe litigationcalendar.
- Preparedocuments for filing in both state and federalcourt.
- Draftcorrespondence and regularly communicate with clients experts anddefense counsel in an effective and courteousmanner.
- ProvidingPreTrial and Trial support including drafting trial documents andpreparingexhibits.
- Prioritizeand complete tasks in a timely and efficientmanner.
YourSkills :
- 5years of Civil Litigation experience
- Advancedknowledge of filing procedures includingefiling.
- Strongwritten and oral communicationskills.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office365.
- Abilityto act independently and with minimalsupervision.
- Litifyor Salesforce experience and bilingual in Spanish hugeplus.
- Typeat least 40WPM.
