Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator will assist Account Managers with responsibilities in account management, new contract sales, customer relations, collection resolution, project management, retrofit / upgrade sales, and any other items as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the account manager in all functions : sales, correspondence, customer relations, project coordination, scheduling, drawing review, and estimation.
• Proactively pursue preventative maintenance contracts and service sales.
• Review and understand contractual scope and project documents (drawings, submittals, equipment operations, and maintenance manuals)
• Oversee management of materials, equipment, tools, information, and subcontractors
• Assist with cost projection and management
• Promote and uphold McKenney's safety absolutes, best practices, and company culture
• Participate in project planning and execution to maximize SQPCE performance
• Act as a company ambassador by marketing and promoting consistent and excellent project implementation
• Understand, practice, and promote all company values and operational procedures
