Pay Rate : $120,000-140,000 annually (BOE)

Summary :

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, from budgeting and forecasting to accounting and reporting.

You will be a key strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive profitability.

Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis :

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and report variances to management.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential financial risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting & Accounting :

  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reports.
  • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.

Internal Controls & Risk Management :

  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes and procedures.

Management & Leadership :

  • Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems and accounting software preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
