Your next strategic career move awaits : Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Recruiting Intern to grow our team. We're looking for a high energy, competitive and driven individual who's eager to begin their physician recruiting career with Jackson Physician Search.

Essential Duties :

• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Actively enrolled student (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior) in a 4-year degree program at an accredited college or university
• Interest in a sales career in healthcare
• Excellent prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Confident, energetic, and professional presence : ability to effectively build relationships, overcome objections
• Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a must
• Strong organizational and computer skills required; CRM proficiency a plus
• Clean background report and verifiable references
