The Project Accountant will be responsible for analyzing expenses, preparing billing reports, and ensuring accurate financial data for project managers. They will also monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide financial analysis to support project decisions.
This position reports to theSenior Project Accountant.
Bachelor's Degree : Accounting / or Business Administration with Accounting courses or Business Finance
Other : or 5+ years of experience
A minimum of two (2) years of accounting department experience or a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience working in the construction industry in accounting, including knowledge of construction accounting principles.
Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and the accounting principles of accounts payable
Good understanding of accounting systems
Multi-tasking and good communication skills both verbal and written
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
