This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing warranty registrations, and ensuring accurate data entry in our systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and enjoys problem-solving. This position plays a key role in maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting internal operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Register product warranties and assist customers with troubleshooting and product information.
• Manage customer support tickets using Zendesk and update records in NetSuite.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Technical Support, Sales team and accounting team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and escalate trends or suggestions for process improvements.
