- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; Full Time

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative :
- 2+ years of previous Call Center or in-office Customer Service experience REQUIRED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or GED

- Proficiently manage and organize files
- Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact
- Process payments efficiently
- Assist with dispatching as needed
