  • Educational Requirements : High school graduate or GED required.

    Experience Required : General maintenance and repair experience required, prior experience working in maintenance or as a Maintenance Director preferred.

    Professional Licensure and Certification Required : N / A *Must have valid driver’s license

    Essential Functions

    • Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
    • Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
    • Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
    • Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
    • Run errands as needed for supplies requires driving a motor vehicle.
    • Follow a Preventative Maintenance schedule to ensure the proper care and functioning of essential equipment in the facility.
    • Participates in inspections (surveys) conducted by authorized agencies.
    • Participates in quality assurance and improvement processes within the facility.
    • Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
