Finance Services - Mail Services Administrator_BSNA
Job Description / Objectives :
The primary objective of the BSNA Finance Mail Services Admin is to support overall scanning and ingoing / outgoing mailing activities for BSNA Finance.
Responsibilities to include opening, sorting, and scanning incoming mail, ensuring delivery of scanned and physical mail to the appropriate team, organizing and packaging documentation for outgoing mail, calculating and affixing postage, and sending off outgoing mail to ensure compliance with team delivery requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sorts and collates incoming mail for distribution and dispatches outgoing mail.
- Places mail in proper buckets for distribution.
- Receives outgoing mail and applies correct postage.
- Maintains postage records.
- Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Ensures office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
- Travel to and from Post office and mailbox required.
