We are seeking a dedicated andexperienced ER Nurse Manager to lead an emergency department team.The ER Nurse Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of theemergency room ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
This role involves coordinating patient care managing nursing staffand maintaining adherence to hospital policies and standards.
Theideal candidate will have strong leadership skills clinicalexpertise and the ability to thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
Leadershipand Management :
Supervise andmanage ER nursing staff including hiring training schedulingperformance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Foster apositive and collaborative work environment that promotesprofessional growth and job satisfaction.
Ensurecompliance with hospital policies procedures and regulatorystandards.
Qualifications : Education :
Education :
Bachelorof Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing(MSN) preferred.
Experience :
Minimum offive (5) years clinical experience required and a minimum of two(2) years progressive management experiencerequired.
TechnicalSkills :
Computer proficiency to include word processingspreadsheet anddatabase.
License / Certification :
CurrentRN license in the State ofNevada.
Other :
Mustbe able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary toprovide care / service appropriate to the age of the patients servedon the assignedunit / department.
