Job Title : Call Center Representative
Job Summary :
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with products or services.
Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
You will represent the company by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Perform outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, and other customer-related activities.

Requirements :
