Executive Administrative Assistant

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide advanced support to senior and executive staff while ensuring professional execution of administrative responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project-related activities in support of senior and executive level staff.
- Provides advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative support duties.
- Coordinates phone calls and directs inquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
- Helps prepare for meetings and accurately records and distributes meeting minutes.
- Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments, managing complex calendars, and proactively preventing conflicts.
- Manages domestic and international travel arrangements including logistics, itineraries, and expense reports for one or more executives or managers.
- Collects data and performs analysis to prepare reports, presentations, and documents for review by executives, committees, and boards of directors.
- Manages and maintains accurate records, documentation systems, and databases.
- Collaborates with administrative and operational partners to share data and insights that support budget planning and expense tracking.
- Builds a strong administrative community, leading or supporting training and development opportunities for other administrative professionals.
Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
$87,200 - $119,900 USD

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience supporting executive-level leadership in a corporate environment, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech industries.Proven expertise in executive calendar management, complex scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reportingStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and workflow tools (e.g., Concur or similar).Experience interacting professionally with senior leaders and external partners.Strong sense of initiative with the ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience working independently, maintaining discretion, and handling sensitive or confidential information appropriately.Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.Event coordination and management for leadership meetings and team activities.Understanding of budget tracking or basic financial operations.Job Type : Regular
