Key Responsibilities :
IT Project Management :
Creates project plans for implementation of..
- Connectivity Networking
- Hardware Laptops Peripherals
- Voice Call Center setup Back office Phones
- Internal and Client Application functionality
- Monitor Transition Budget for items above
IT Escalation Management
- ISM is responsible for IT resolution when normal Break Fix channels fail
- Create and Maintain relationship with client IT and internal client IT teams to be able to resolve issues
IT Change Management
- Vetts new changing IT requirements to obtain cost timeline for proposed changes
- Implements changes via Project mgmt. methodology.
- IT Deal Budget mgmt.
- Provide cost forecasts for IT costs
- Adjusts cost for IT changes
- New Deal Consulting Support
- Provide help with deal teams during RFPs
Basic Qualifications : Must have
- Minimum of 7 years of IT Project Management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of IT help desk experience.
- Technical certifications
- What type of education is needed for this position : Bachelor's Degree
