Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to team up with us and create positive change in the lives of elementary students at a school in North Chicago.

Job Responsibilities : Provide targeted support (whole group, small group, 1 : 1) to identified elementary school students.

Implement crisis intervention strategies to ensure student well-being and success. Advocate for students’ holistic welfare (social, emotional, academic).

Cross-functional collaboration with teachers and families to understand how to best meet student needs. Provide push-in and pull-out services as needed Facilitate IEP meetings Develop and track interventions in order to understand IEP effectiveness.

Additional duties as assigned.
