Key Responsibilities
Provide technical troubleshooting support for customers with home medical equipment
Consult with customers to understand their issues and determine the best troubleshooting options
Handle escalated customer interactions using excellent customer service skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working on a computer
Previous customer service experience
Two weeks of paid training in a group environment
Continuous availability throughout scheduled shifts
