We are currently looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join the growing team.

Requirements :
- Proven experience in leadership roles, coaching, mentoring, and guiding highly talented technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, retaining, and leading top-tier engineering talent.
- In-depth knowledge of web UI technologies and frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Experience in building customer-facing products with high performance, availability, and scalability, and integrating new technologies based on industry standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives, customers, partners, and engineers.
- Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in designing and building efficient software products in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
Hands-on experience architecting and building modern REST APIs.
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development methodologies.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability and ownership, empowering teams, and driving positive change.
- Experience in leading individual contributors, providing career direction, coaching, and creating development plans.
- Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating effectively with remote team members.
- BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Offer : Up to $190K base salary depending on experience + benefits package.
