Summary of Position:
The Experiential Marketing & Programming Manager plays a critical role in bringing live entertainment, events, and experiential programming to life across the portfolio. This position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of music, food & beverage, holiday, golf, and special property activations—while ensuring seamless collaboration between property teams, artists, partners, and marketing resources.
This role is execution-focused, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working behind the scenes of live events, and brings strong organizational, communication, and creative coordination skills.
Essential Functions:
Programming Execution & Support
- Support and execute approved programming initiatives across multiple properties, including:
- Food & beverage events
- Music and entertainment programming
- Holiday and seasonal events
- Golf-related and special property activations
- Partner closely with on-site property teams to ensure smooth, consistent, and high-quality execution of all programming initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party booking partners for Fadeaway Sessions
Artist & Partner Coordination
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison for:
- Artists and performers
- Third-party booking partners
- Vendors and production partners
- Coordinate all artist logistics, including:
- Scheduling and confirmations
- Travel and accommodations
- Hospitality needs
- Technical, production, and recording requirements
- Assist with artist contracts, paperwork, and required documentation.
Marketing Execution
- Coordinate marketing execution for programming initiatives, including:
- Copywriting and event descriptions
- Design coordination and asset development
- Printing and production of signage and collateral
- Social media posts and stories
- Event listings on brand-owned and third-party platforms
- Set up and manage:
- Ticketing platforms
- RSVP systems
- Email marketing campaigns
- SMS marketing campaigns
- Assist with influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
- Support paid social media advertising initiatives related to programming.
- For Fadeaway Sessions, secure, organize, distribute, and archive all deliverables.
- For Fadeaway Sessions, coordinate posting and sharing of deliverables across social media channels and websites.
Budget Tracking & Documentation
- Track all programming-related expenses and costs.
- Submit invoices and support budget reconciliation.
- Document event performance, outcomes, and key takeaways.
- Assist with ownership recaps and post-event reports.
Meetings, Communication & Administrative Support
- Attend property-level marketing and programming meetings.
- Communicate updates, priorities, and issues to the Director of Marketing & Programming.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to all programming initiatives.
Travel & On-Site Support
- Travel as needed to support live events and programming execution.
- Provide on-site event support, including day-of coordination and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Education: College degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Event or Marketing Manager. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design. Hospitality marketing and photography experience preferred. Computer proficiency and administratively strong.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Mastery of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Canva
- Proficiency in Sprout Social (or similar social scheduling tool)
- Creative and graphic design skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- A good listener
- Must be a team player
- Timely follow-through on tasks
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to memorize and perform company standards
