Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily assignments and ensure timely completion of customer service tasks
Mentor and monitor Customer Care Representatives while managing escalated customer inquiries
Conduct quality control assessments and assist in departmental support during the Supervisor's absence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel, including pivot tables
3 years of related customer service experience
Ability to type 50+ wpm
Proficiency in using 10 key by touch
