This position will report to our Certifications team.

How You'll Make a Difference

You will be accountable to develop and implement programs, educational content, and other core inputs of the customer and membership experience.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of product management and development. Supporting complex and / or cross-functional initiatives, as well as mentor and guide other team members.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent in business, communications or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a product portfolio environment. In-depth experience in a certification environment or other specific technical product area beneficial.
  • Highly developed organization, planning, and management skills with ability to think ahead over multiple time horizons
  • Strong knowledge of project management; hands-on experience preferred
  • Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles
  • Success with product management functions, such as facilitation of product development meetings, facilitation of user focus groups, and implementing effective sensing and responding tactics.
  • Demonstrated experience as a product owner, including creation of user stories and epics, overseeing user acceptance testing, successful launch of MVPs and product pilots;

experience within a commercial product environment beneficial

  • Proven ability to produce positive outcomes with products, including ability to forecast projections and pivot to adjust to meet ever-changing market needs.
  • Proven track record with developing, administering, scoring and interpreting results of market research instruments as applicable to assigned product(s)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product management tools and techniques, with the ability to present and apply them with senior-level professionals and leaders
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with ability to lead, retain, and progress staff
  • Strong relationship management skills, especially with internal leaders and business teams, with a particular focus on developing strong partnerships
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
