POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Systems Analyst will provide senior-level analytical and systems engineering support to NOAA. This role is responsible for translating operational and user needs into functional requirements and integrated solutions that support the planning, development, acquisition, operation, and life-cycle management of NOAA marine, aviation, and associated mission systems.
The Senior Systems Analyst ensures analytical rigor, quality, and compliance across the project life cycle and provides leadership and oversight for systems analysis activities performed in support of complex, mission-critical programs.
