Kitchen Porter, Part Time

Greenbrier Healthcare Center , a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies , is currently recruiting for a part time Porter to join our Culinary team.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and sanitize kitchen / dining areas on a regular basis
- Sweep and mop all kitchen / dining room area floors
- Remove trash / wash out trash receptacles on a regular basis
- Follow daily cleaning schedule as directed
- Check, pull, and put away all stock
- Maintain organization of all areas where stock / supplies are kept
- May be required to check stock / supply deliveries against invoices
- May be required to clean dietary restrooms
- May be required to answer dietary phone during meal / busy times
- May support tray line dish service, and cart delivery as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent
- Prior work / life experience, preferably in a healthcare or service environment.
- Prior work / life experiences involving independent decision making
- Compassionate and enthusiastic personality
