About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer with a focus on cardiothoracic. This executive will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth, particularly in the cardiothoracic surgery market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, and optimizing the sales organization. This is a fractional, remote role that requires minimal travel and is ideal for a seasoned commercial leader with a strong background in the medical device industry, particularly in the cardiothoracic or related fields. Key responsibilities for the Chief Revenue Officer include commercial assessment, distributor and customer evaluation, organizational assessment, and market evaluation. The role is not limited to traditional VP of Sales duties but extends to strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on both growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, a proven track record in revenue growth, and the ability to influence and partner with executive teams. Success will be measured by revenue growth, market penetration, sales productivity, and the effectiveness of the commercial strategy. The role demands a leader who can work with the existing commercial team to enhance performance, improve forecasting, and drive revenue growth initiatives.
