Job summary
Provide assistance and direction to visitors while routing incoming phone calls and communications to appropriate recipient with exceptional customer service and communications.
May perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answer and route all incoming calls
- Sort daily invoices for mailing and distribution including monthly statements
- Distributing unconfirmed POs to responsible sales team
- Sort and distribute the mail when needed
- Route incoming faxes and email messages to appropriate departments
- Greet and direct visitors with excellent customer service and professionalism
- Create and maintain the company phone directory as needed.
- Conduct training for employees who help cover the switchboard as needed.
- Assist with other projects and assignments as directed by supervisor.
- Perform check scanning function for accounting on a daily basis.
Required Qualifications :
- Outgoing and personable people skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills
- Good organization skills
