Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant

Pan American Berry Growers (PBG) is an Agriculture Business, growing and packing fresh Blueberries. We are a dynamic team working in a fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment.

We are seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Bilingual Receptionist / Office Assistant who is collaborative, reliable, highly motivated and thrives in their ability to assist different departments.

This is a Full-Time Seasonal Position, with additional hours during our Harvest Season, which is typically, July through October.

This position will require the ability to be flexible, with start time as early as 6 : 30am, working later hours and some weekends.

Due to Food Safety standards during harvest, we are a jewelry and perfume free Farm and Facility.

Duties Include :

• Reception : Answering Phones, Greeting & Checking in Visitors.
• General Office : Filing, Data Entry, Errands, Updating / Creating Spreadsheets, Word Documents, Email.
• Translating : Read, Comprehend, Verbally Present information one-on-one and group situations with compassion and confidentiality.
• Assisting in Orientation, Safety Meetings, Projects on the Social Engagement Team.
• Opening / Closing Office : Daily Touch-Ups of Office, readying for the next day.
• Inventory : Maintain Inventory of Office Supplies, Community Kitchen, First Aid, PPE, Other.

Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills, experience and education :

• Minimum two years Office Experience in a diverse environment maintaining kindness and compassion, with a collaborative, engaging environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish Translate, Read, Comprehend, Verbally Present information one-on-one and group situations. Maintain Confidentiality and Compassion.
• Reception / Front Office Experience - Answering Multi-Line Phone and Greeting Visitors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Active Drivers License with Clean Driving Record.
• Excellent Time Management Skills.
