Client Service Representative
Job description
Job Overview Responsible for providing effective customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Perform a variety of administrative and general office duties to support coordination and movement of customer's shipments.
Provide information to resolve both external and internal customer / shipment related problems. What will you enjoy doing (duties / tasks)
- Monitor service performance identifying root cause of failure
- Work internally and externally to improve service by development and implementation of corrective action plan(s)
- Compile reports necessary for measurement of corporate and account performance
- Develop and maintain procedures / processes that improve customer service
- Effective customer communication relative to work assignment
The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- This is an intermediate level position.
- Proficient with Windows OS, Word, and MS Office Suite. Intermediate demonstrable proficiency with Excel (basic formulas and charts).
- Must be able to type 45 WPM.
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred. Generally prefer 1-4 years of related experience.
