Account Executive Position
This is an entry-level position supporting the Client Services team with developing and maintaining marketing campaigns for our clients. The right person will have some experience in account management and project management, combined with first-hand experience with the day-to-day work flow across internal agency teams including media, analytics, creative, production and finance.
While this is a remote role, periodically accommodating meetings in different US time zones is expected. Preference may be given to candidates in Central and Eastern time zones.
What Does an Account Executive Do at Rain the Growth Agency?
- Act as an integral member of our Client Service team to develop integrated campaigns for clients with a goal of getting it right every time for our clients
Proactively work to learn your clients' business and campaigns
Enjoy working on multiple workstreams or projects including media, reporting and analytics and creativeHave the ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate progress (or challenges!)Set up meetings, help set and manage agendas and assist with meeting prepMaintain client status documentsProvide well-organized, clear documentation of client meetings and discussions and capture key next stepsAssist in creating client-facing presentations, briefs and reports always looking for opportunities to make the deliverable betterPartner with Project Management to manage creative workflows, review and proofread assetsManage trafficking of creative assets to media partnersSupport project or campaign initiation by initiating project codes, organizing project resourcesMaintain invoice tracker and billing updatesCommit to deadlines and meet themTrack project status and internal and external communications across multiple platforms (Monday.com, Slack, SmartSheet, Sharepoint to name a few)Do your team and the agency proudBuild positive, collaborative relationships within the Client Service team and across the agency
