Our Salesforce Business Analysts will help with supporting a wide range of business processes, systems, and data projects.

The ideal candidate is excited to sharpen their Salesforce experience and isn’t afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants to design, implement, and support systems that exceed our clients’ needs.

YOU DO :

  • Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
  • Engage with your DCS team and clients via email / slack, video chats, or in-person meetings
  • Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for any custom development required
  • Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases and a development strategy for each engagement
  • Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components

YOU HAVE :

  • 1 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • 1+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Ability to work on multiple client accounts while paying strict attention to detail
  • Experience in consulting preferred
  • Willingness to travel for team events as needed
