Big Blue Marble Academy ("BBMA") is searching for an entry-level recruiter to help us staff our growing family of over 50 childcare centers.

Our ideal candidate has a passion for networking, building relationships, and matching the right person with the right job.

We are seeking applicants who are highly organized and creative, who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and who possess strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.

This position is home-based in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina or Tennessee areas, with occasional overnight travel required.

Job Description

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with hiring managers, new hires and applicants.
  • Demonstrate interest in and ownership of clients' recruiting needs.
  • Create and manage job requisitions as requested by clients; manage candidate statuses and ensure applicants are updated;

Experience using Paycor preferred

  • Create paid ads on sites like Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed to maintain candidate flow and healthy time-to-fill status.
  • Develop a multifaceted recruiting strategy.
  • Host job fairs on-site as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruiting and employment-related laws and regulations
  • Produce and deliver insightful analytics to assist clients, executives, and board members in understanding the current state of recruiting activities.
  • Requirements
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Paycor, LinkedIn,
  • 2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Occasional overnight travel
  • Must pass background checks
