Veterinary Receptionist Job Description :
A PetWow V eterinary Receptionist is often the first person a pet owner encounters, so the first impression a pet owner has about our organization crucially depends upon how they are treated by our customer service team! If you love pets and people, all you need to join our team are good customer service skills!
Duties of a Veterinary Receptionist :
- Greeting clients and their pets
- Being attentive and compassionate to client and pets' needs
- Monitor client flow from check-in to discharge
- Responding to emails
- Processing transactions
