You will take on challenging problems like implementing governance processes, which progresses self service based initiatives to become fully sustainable analytics.

You will lead a team of visualization engineers who support our analysts, automate and enhance our platforms, and help to transform our business with analytics based insight.

You must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the needs of multiple teams, systems and products. You will be excited by the prospect of growing our platforms and expanding our data visualization capabilities to support our next generation of data products and analytics initiatives.

Maintain our self service BI tools and implement effective governance processesDesign and implement standards and processes which keep our analytics systems healthy and optimizedEnable teams to build analytic solutions that effectively achieve business goalsBuild and mentor a team of highly skilled visualization expertsFoster a community of business analytics users who use data as the cornerstone of their business processExplore related emerging technologies and new capabilitiesPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related fieldAt least 5 years professional experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or related roleExperience using self service visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or DOMOExperience using SQLPreferred QualificationsAt least 2 years managing a technical teamExperience with Python, Java or other programming languagesCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $130,400.

00 - $171,150.00 USDPay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office / market location.

In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and / or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes : Insurance : Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
