Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer interaction by addressing customer needs with integrity and empathy
Use professional judgment to escalate customer issues to management when necessary
Promote sales of available products and services and participate in on-call rotation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED completed at the time of application submission
One year of customer service experience, including call center, hospitality, or retail
Bilingual and fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read and translate between the two languages
Willingness to work in a 100% phone-based customer interaction environment
