Inside Sales Associate
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for onboarding new customers, driving overall assigned territory growth revenue while providing best in-class support and service. The position will be working with new and existing customers to increase sales and to promote new exclusive brands and product categories. Creating a cohesive and consistent buying experience regardless of purchasing channel, phone, e-commerce, ADI / Snap One Store. Having familiarity with a discovery-to-close sales process and being comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls and emails with an attention to detail, are key attributes for success in this position. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.
Job Duties :
- Manage a book of B2B reseller accounts to build pipeline, track and close deals
- Actively manage new dealer applications through a detailed selection process
- Responsible for gathering customer account information to help effectively manage the customer relationship
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI's
- Build strong relationships with customers in order to become a strategic product partner
- Consistently update and manage CRM data to provide visibility and clarity on business status and progress
- Support acquisition team's onboarding campaigns through direct mail, email, social, and trade shows
- Ability to learn and comprehend a large range of product knowledge in order to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Partner with internal teams to create synergy amongst all business initiatives
- Up to 20% travel to attend key customer meetings, prospecting new leads, trade shows and industry events
You Must Have :
2+ Years' experience in salesExperience with a CRMAbility to analyze sales results and make changes as neededEffective remote presentation and demonstration skills via Teams, Zoom, etc.Problem-solver with strong client / executive relationship management abilitiesWilling to travel up to 20%We Value :
