Job Details

Ryan Companies is looking for a Construction Services Manager in Chicago! This individual will be responsible for managing Project Coordinators in the Great Lakes region.

Some things you can expect to do :

• Directly manage Project Coordinators (including hiring, firing, coaching, goal setting, timecards / PTO, personnel issues, performance plans, annual reviews, and workload assignments)
• Implement corporate construction processes and tools
• Oversee Customer Survey process in conjunction with Corporate Marketing Department
• Enforce corporate records retention policy and manage records archiving vendor and process
• Establish, communicate, and enforce best practices for Project Coordinators
• Coordinate construction training efforts
• Oversee subcontractor registration process and respond to inquiries from new subcontractors
• Provide IT support for construction team and events in collaboration with IS Department, as needed
• Maintain CRM with client information and project probability as needed
• Partner with region Construction Intern Champions to coordinate participation in career fairs
