Job Details
Ryan Companies is looking for a Construction Services Manager in Chicago! This individual will be responsible for managing Project Coordinators in the Great Lakes region.
Some things you can expect to do :
- Directly manage Project Coordinators (including hiring, firing, coaching, goal setting, timecards / PTO, personnel issues, performance plans, annual reviews, and workload assignments)
- Implement corporate construction processes and tools
- Oversee Customer Survey process in conjunction with Corporate Marketing Department
- Enforce corporate records retention policy and manage records archiving vendor and process
- Establish, communicate, and enforce best practices for Project Coordinators
- Coordinate construction training efforts
- Oversee subcontractor registration process and respond to inquiries from new subcontractors
- Provide IT support for construction team and events in collaboration with IS Department, as needed
- Maintain CRM with client information and project probability as needed
- Partner with region Construction Intern Champions to coordinate participation in career fairs
