At Chick-fil-A Miami Shores, the Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity! In addition to working directly for an independent, franchised Operator, Back of House Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment.
They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
Position Type :
Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Compensation :
- $13 an hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions
- $14 an hour with open availability / no schedule restrictions
- Earn a $0.25 raise per quarter for up to a year assuming no performance issues

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, assemble safe food fast and accurately
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A food safety standards
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Keep the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Work safely around kitchen equipment
- Report maintenance issues to leadership
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
