Customer Service Representative

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM
Assignment Duration : Long term contract

We are seeking dependable and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team in Cary, NC. This is an onsite role supporting patients with non-clinical pharmacy inquiries and delivery coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to prescription delivery, payments, and general status updates.
- Provide accurate, timely responses to patient inquiries regarding refills, shipping, insurance, and billing.
- Document call details and progress notes to ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Route calls to appropriate departments (nursing, pharmacy, or financial support) as needed.
- Accurately record and report Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Complaints (PCs) for clinician follow-up.
- Support miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center (preferred).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and professional phone manner.Typing speed : 35+ words per minute.Strong multitasking, data entry, and system navigation abilities.Proven ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
