Locally & family-owned Baton Rouge business looking to grow our management talent pool.
A manager at can expect to work in a fun, fast-paced outdoor environment serving the people of Baton Rouge and managing a diverse, exciting staff.
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years experience of managing crews of at least 10 people. Our managers need to have high personal values , a high energy level, great customer service skills, and be a positive motivator.
Our managers can expect to work a 5 day, 45 hour week.
Assistant managers can earn $42,000 base compensation plus $500 monthly BONUS!
