Dominguez Chiropractic is looking for an intake coordinator!
We are a high-volume, personal injury chiropractor looking for a charismatic, sales-oriented, and dependable intake coordinator to join our team.
Because we are a larger company, with 7 different locations and a high patient volume, we learned a long time ago the importance of creating systems and organizing departments.
Our intake team's responsibilities include : scheduling patients for our different locations, filtering phone calls, directing calls when appropriate / necessary, mailing out brochures / info to prospective clients, and setting up marketing meetings.
If you are someone who enjoys talking to people, sales, and wants to work in a positive environment - this could be for you!
Location :
Corporate Office (Duluth)
Hours :
- Monday to Friday
- 9 am to 6 pm
- includes 1-hour break
Responsibilities (included but not limited to) :
- Schedule patients
- Accept and transfer calls
- Communicate with attorney's offices
- Provide weekly status reports
Qualifications :
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly demeanor
- Bilingual - must speak Spanish and English
Experience is not a must as we will provide training; however, some personal injury experience is preferred.
