Solar Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage construction site operations, overseeing teams, projects, and interactions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the regional construction market, including budgeting, financial management, and achieving targets.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and materials for timely delivery to project sites.
• Ensure safety and quality control standards are met at all sites, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to personnel, actively promoting a culture of learning and development.
• Drive organizational growth by building and leading high-performing teams to meet client expectations and secure new projects.
• Evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of construction management and / or electrical installation experience, with a focus on electrical services preferred.
• Prefer candidates with PMP and / or NABCEP certifications; obtainable within 2 years if not possessed at hiring.
• Preferred : First Aid, CPR, and OHSA 10 certifications; obtainable within 1 year if not already held.
• Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction practices.
• Versatility to work in both field and office settings, including local travel to job sites for inspections.
